At Rise & Renew Therapy, we offer compassionate, practical online therapy and psychotherapy for adults across Ontario. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, low self-confidence, relationship challenges, a breakup, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it all out alone.

You don't need to have the perfect words. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong. And you definitely don't need to have your life together before starting therapy.

You just need to know that something needs to change.

We're here to help you understand what's happening, work through what you're carrying, and feel more like yourself again.

Meet the Clinic Founder & Lead Psychotherapist:

Julia Mazzotta, MSW RSW

Rise and Renew Therapy was founded by Julia Mazzotta, a registered social worker and psychotherapist who like many people spent years in therapy wondering if her therapist even liked her, let alone understood her.

(If you’ve ever left a session feeling more confused than when you walked in, she gets it).

After enough awkward silences and missed connections, Julia decided to create the kind of therapy space she always wished she had: one that actually feels human.

This is a space to feel seen, understood, and supported, without pressure to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out.
